Welcome to Punta Blue Fun Destination. By booking a tour, using our website, or contacting our team, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

1. General Information

Punta Blue Fun Destination provides private and shared catamaran tours in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

2. Booking Requirements

To complete a reservation, guests must provide:

  • Full name

  • Contact information

  • Number of passengers

  • Hotel or pick-up location

  • Valid email for confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after payment and receipt of the confirmation email.

3. Payment

Payments may be made online or through approved payment methods.
Full payment or a deposit may be required depending on the tour type.

4. Changes to Reservations

Clients may request changes to:

  • Date

  • Time

  • Number of passengers

Changes are subject to availability. Punta Blue Fun Destination reserves the right to decline modifications within 24 hours of the tour.

5. Responsibilities of the Customer

Guests must:

  • Arrive on time for pick-up and boarding

  • Follow safety instructions provided by the crew

  • Refrain from reckless, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior

  • Inform the team of any medical conditions that could affect participation

Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

6. Safety Policies

For the safety of all passengers:

  • Life jackets must be worn when instructed

  • Excessive alcohol consumption is not permitted

  • Children must be supervised at all times

  • Pregnant women or individuals with certain medical conditions may be restricted from certain activities

7. Right to Refuse Service

Punta Blue Fun Destination may deny service to any person:

  • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Behaving aggressively

  • Not complying with safety rules

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Weather Conditions

Tours operate weather permitting.
If sea or weather conditions are unsafe, Punta Blue Fun Destination may:

  • Reschedule the tour, or

  • Issue a credit or refund depending on the situation

The final decision lies with the operations team.

9. Liability

Punta Blue Fun Destination is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Injuries resulting from non-compliance with rules

  • Events caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather or transportation delays

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
