Cancellation & Refund Policy – Punta Blue Fun Destination

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures transparency and fairness.


1. Cancellations by the Customer

  • More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.

  • 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund.

  • No-shows: No refund under any circumstance.


2. Late Arrivals

If the customer arrives late for:

  • Hotel pick-up, or

  • Catamaran boarding

The tour may depart without them. No refunds will be issued.


3. Cancellations by Punta Blue Fun Destination

A full refund or rescheduling option will be offered if Punta Blue Fun Destination must cancel due to:

  • Bad weather

  • Mechanical issues

  • Safety concerns

  • Operational factors beyond our control

The customer may choose between:

  • Rescheduling the tour

  • Receiving a full refund


4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment method.


5. Non-Refundable Payments

The following are not refundable:

  • Processing fees

  • Optional add-ons (food upgrades, champagne, additional hours) previously prepared or reserved

  • Third-party transaction fees
