Cancellation & Refund Policy – Punta Blue Fun Destination
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures transparency and fairness.
1. Cancellations by the Customer
More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.
24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund.
No-shows: No refund under any circumstance.
2. Late Arrivals
If the customer arrives late for:
Hotel pick-up, or
Catamaran boarding
The tour may depart without them. No refunds will be issued.
3. Cancellations by Punta Blue Fun Destination
A full refund or rescheduling option will be offered if Punta Blue Fun Destination must cancel due to:
Bad weather
Mechanical issues
Safety concerns
Operational factors beyond our control
The customer may choose between:
Rescheduling the tour
Receiving a full refund
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Payments
The following are not refundable:
Processing fees
Optional add-ons (food upgrades, champagne, additional hours) previously prepared or reserved
Third-party transaction fees
